My passion lies in design with impact. How do I do it? By leveraging the knowledge and experience I've gained from studying psychology, working as an experienced product and service designer, and being a technology enthusiast. I love challenging and complex problems, and my design career is fuelled by the opportunity to work with people with diverse views and expertise. It’s always exciting when the root cause is identified and different solutions are ideated, developed, and integrated.
One of my strengths is my ability to quickly learn and adapt to new concepts, ways of working, tools, and technology. My continuous improvement mindset has led me to seek effective problem-solving strategies and inspire others to grow as a team.
My role model is my grandmother, who has taught me to be curious, embrace different points of view, and never be too old to learn and change. Even in her 90s, she still debates new concepts and learns new technology. She inspires me to always be on the lookout for opportunities to expand my knowledge and diversify my experience—working with people from different expertise on different problems or projects.
